The Woodlands's first family magazine is celebrating the launch of its premiere issue with a free family event, Family Rocks! on Saturday, 9/19 from 10am-1pm in Market Street?s Central Park. The event features games, prizes, demonstrations, and activities for the kids plus performances by The Woodlands Concert Band and a live radio remote with the 89.3 KSBJ Fun Patrol. Puffy Pine Cone will also be there for the fun.
Families who bring a canned food item to benefit the food pantry at Interfaith of The Woodlands receive a special gift from Woodlands Family Magazine and Cold Stone Creamery.
Participants include the Northside Roboteers, Seeking Sitters, Rubicon Academy, WoodlandsMommy.com, 3 Star Ice, Lilly Pullitzer, IBC Bank, Kuk Sool Wan Martial Arts Center, AVIA Boutique Hotel, Abundant Life Chiropractic, FREEB!RDS World Burrito, Massage Envy, StrollerFit, Orvis, and Joyful Life Church.
